There’s no link for the dumbbells. Choose weights that you think you can reasonably do. The more affordable adjustable sets are all sold out, and the alternatives are pretty crazy. Options for adjustable sets that can be expanded are expensive, and back-ordered for hopefully longer than we’ll all be housebound. I’m saying hopefully. Please don’t start an argument with me about being hopeful.
